Well this isn't going to be a long email this week, staring at a computer screen for a long time hurts my head.
So we haven't had the busiest week this week but we have had fun!
We went into Cardiff City Centre on Monday for P-Day. We went with some of the Elders, then when it came time for us to head in to Primark, we lost them. But we went to the Cardiff chapel and we hung out with them and some more missionaries. Don't worry, we caught the train home as opposed to walking home :)
We did however walk to another part of our area this week as the trains weren't running on New Years Day. It was quite nice to walk there, didn't take as long as we thought it would. And we saw some really cool miracles there. We were able to pick up a former investigator and he committed to a baptismal date! We were also able to contact a referral who is totally awesome and said that we can come back this week!
This week we got to go to Pontypridd, that is the ward where the other Elders in our District work. It is such a cute, Welsh town! It did rain on us an awful lot though! Bleurgh! But it was cool to go up there. Then we went and stopped by some people in our area and when we got home we were both really really wet. So much water in Wales!
Our District Leader was rather unwell this weekend so on Saturday, we took them over a little bag with some medicine and then some ice cream and waffles. Then on Sunday we gave them brownies to cheer them up. We spoil those Elders! They're so lucky! Haha
Well Happy New Year to you all!
2016 is the chance for a new start. It is the chance for us to set some new goals that we can work towards. And sadly for me, it means that my mission is coming to an end. But that's ok. I have learnt so much here in the last 17 months. I have grown as a person and I have so many goals for the next part of my life that I know I can achieve because they are what my Heavenly Father sees me becoming.
The mission is the best thing ever! I love it so much!!
I love you all!!!
