Hey Everyone,
So I'll be honest, I was not in the emailing mood today. I have no idea what to say to everyone. I am doing really good though. We had a good week, had lots of fun, worked hard and shared the Gospel!
I would like to share with you an interesting experience that we had this week, actually it was Sunday afternoon. We were in our flat after lunch finishing up some weekly planning, and getting ready to leave, when the atmosphere of the flat just got really heavy and sad. That feeling stayed with us as we left the flat and headed to our potentials home. It was a really solid plan that we had but we didn't feel right and we stopped to pray about what to do. We felt that we should go in the opposite direction and when we did, we felt so much lighter. We followed where the spirit wanted us to go and every now and then we felt like a brick wall had been put in front of us or we felt ill if we tried to go further. So we stopped to pray for guidance, and after a while we felt like we should keep going forward. Every time that we would look back, we felt extremely bad about it. As we were praying and asking Heavenly Father what we should be doing, Sister Beazer kept feeling that we were doing the right thing and I just kept feeling that this experience was for our learning. We were walking for quite a while, talking to people along the way and it was just really strange. We kept stopping, praying and then walking on. We ended up walking all the way down to our DA and getting there around the time that we should've. I am still praying about what it is that I needed to learn from that experience but I know one thing, Don't Look Back! Remember Lot's Wife!
I know that the Lord works in mysterious ways. He doesn't always make it easy for us but He knows what we need to hear and how we need to hear it.
Missionary work is the greatest work that there is! I never want my mission to end! I love being a missionary. I love Cardiff and I love the Gospel!
Love you!
